An Automotive Strategist, Business Leader, Industry Speaker and Dealer, Jim Kristoff encompasses a powerful combination of all things Automotive! Jim’s 20 plus years of leading some of the largest Dealerships in the Country, allows him to truly understand the “day to day” challenges of a dealership! 8 years of experience as Dealer/Partner gives Jim the perspective of knowing what it’s like to, “sign the front of the check, not just the back of the check!”. In addition, 4 years of building and leading, some of the largest Automotive Software/Data Mining/Customer Retention companies, has given Jim an opportunity to see what truly works and what doesn’t work in Dealerships around the Country!

Utilizing his successful “Level of Expectation” process, Jim combines a thorough understanding of Dealership Data Mining along with superior Customer Retention mindsets, processes, marketing and culture. Employee Retention is also increased utilizing “Level of Expectation” processes. Condensing and streamlining dealership processes makes them easier to train and simpler to execute on a daily basis. 

Jim understands that every single dealership is different! There isn’t a “cookie cutter” solution for every store! Vehicles are sold differently in big cities versus small towns. Vehicles are sold differently in expensive “high line” stores, versus inexpensive “every day vehicle” stores. Each store is staffed differently, with different departments and individuals with different skill levels. Working with Senior Management in each store, Jim formulates a successful “Level of Expectation” strategy for both the employees and the customers! 

This “Level of Expectation” drives customer and employee satisfaction and retention percentages much higher! When you have, happy employees serving happy customers, you’ll see a substantial increase in revenue in ALL departments of the dealership!

Jim’s Automotive retail background spans 30 years, with 20 of those years as a General Manager and 8 years as Vice President/Partner/General Manager in his own store. Jim and his wife Tina reside in sunny Tampa Florida.
